This online store is operated by VARIABLE in partnership with Broken Arrow Public Schools to provide branded apparel and merchandise for students, families, staff, and supporters. By accessing or purchasing from this Store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using this website or purchasing products from the Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Store.These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Store.

2. Store Operator

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Many items sold in school spirit stores are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, which means:

  • Inventory may be limited.

  • Production timelines may vary.

  • Certain products may be discontinued without notice.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified and may receive a refund or replacement option.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice. Accepted forms of payment may include:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Other online payment platforms as available at checkout

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within [7-10 business days], depending on production schedules.

For school spirit wear stores:

  • Some orders may be batch produced after the store closes

  • Delivery may occur through school distribution or shipping

Customers will receive confirmation once the order has been placed. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Direct shipping to the customer’s address

  • Distribution through school administration or designated pickup locations

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown during checkout. Once orders are shipped or delivered to the designated location, the Store operator is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom or limited-run nature of school merchandise, most items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Additional details can be found in the Return Policy page.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if production has already begun. Customers who need to make a change should contact customer support as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible.

All logos, mascots, school names, graphics, and designs associated with Broken Arrow Public Schools are protected intellectual property.These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission from Broken Arrow Public Schools or its authorized representatives.

10. Use of the Store

You agree to use this Store only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others.You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt the operation of the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Use the Store for fraudulent transactions
